01An enquiry becomes a working record
Documents, requirements, questions and analysis are grouped in one enquiry. Users can upload multiple files or paste text. Originals are preserved separately, while history records extracted information and operator changes. This is a specialist workflow application, not an all-purpose CRM.
02From documents to structured items
The application analyses PDFs, office documents, spreadsheets, photos and supported engineering formats. It extracts descriptions, grades, dimensions, units and quantities while retaining source links. Unclear data is flagged for clarification and operator correction. Complex drawing limitations are explicit: AI does not replace engineering review.
03Matching and proposal review
Customer requirements and supplier proposals remain separate. Items, specifications, quantities and price conditions can be compared, with discrepancies and questions highlighted. Matching supports the manager without automatically approving substitutes or suppliers. A separate price-checking workflow retains the sources found.
04A usable output, not just a chat reply
Outputs can be prepared as editable Excel files or readable PDFs. Customer proposals are separated from internal worksheets. Statuses, history and saved steps help users resume interrupted work. This public case explains the application without disclosing the client, working documents or private access.
